Summer Sessions Kids and Teens
Yoga at an early age encourages self esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's noncompetitive.
Fostering cooperation and compassion is a great gift to give our children. Children derive enormous benefits from yoga.
Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.
While doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.
Yoga brings that marvelous inner light that all children have to the surface. In our fun environment, children play yoga by imitating animals in nature, by using creative expression, games, music, art and story telling.

Our Teen classes offer great yoga for teens to build strength and flexibility as well as self esteem building activities and coping techniques for this often demanding time in life.

We are preparing our Summer Schedule and would like to hear from you if you are interested our Kids and Teens afternoon sessions so that we can divide our sessions into age appropriate groups.
Our camps run in one week -four day, Monday -Thursday afternoon sessions.
1:30 - 3:30 pm
Cost is $85 per week!!!!!
If you have a child or teen that is interested in participating, please reply to this e-mail with the name and age of your child. You will be contacted when our session dates are are scheduled. This information will help us to provide the best classes and group sizes for your children.
