Total time each day is minimal. The idea is to learn techniques and thought processes to bring the practice of mindfulness into your daily life.
Our Variety of Classes
I am excited about our new offerings as well as our current favorites in 2014. We have added classes to help you grow your practice while creating a healthier body and mind. Our class start time ranges from 6am to 7:30pm Each of our classes has a specific intention.
Power Yoga - heated, come prepared to work hard, build heat. Advancing postures introduced when appropriate.
Basic Yoga - All levels, basic postures, work at your desired intensity. Our most popular class is offered at least once every day.
Basic Yoga- Spanish - Our same great Basic Yoga taught in Spanish
Gentle Yoga - Slow pace, move the joints, stretch the muscles
Restorative Yoga - Relax, Restore - Very Gentle supported postures.
Yin Yoga - Release joints and connective tissue with held poses
Applied Yoga Anatomy - each week a different anatomical focus
