Ashley delights
in sharing her enthusiasm for yoga with others. She wholeheartedly
believes that teaching yoga is the greatest way to honor the teachers
that have come before us by passing on the gifts they’ve shared

discovered an appreciation for the Sanskrit language and the teachings
of the ancient yoga texts. Mostly though, she gained a deep understanding

can impact growth and healing in asanas (postures) and in life.
Today in her personal practice, she continues to be challenged by
inflexible hips and shoulders and wonders if she’ll ever find
sthira (steadiness) and sukham (comfort) in (agnistambhasana) firelog
